    you can eat everything you want..but you must burn fats..so..having a jogging routine is the best to keep VISIBLE what you have under those fats ;-) obviously..you must avoid trash foods and stuff..eat vegetables,meat,and just a few carboidrates :-P

    fat cant be turned into muscles mate! fat loss is different from weightloss…by reducing ur body fat u ll lose the love handles on the process…simple right however it takes a lot of hard work and good nutrition!
