    As a beginner, a month of experience, should I take it slow and work with weights that will give me the feel for form and identifying my body. Or begin with weights that force me to do only small reps and promote fast improvement?
    As I say, it’s all very new to me. No sport it like lifting.

    ok now so um i double dose creatine before i work out and i have 2 servings of whey protein afterwords and 1 on the day after i worked out…and im 15 lol..what kind of will the creatine do thats bad for me?

    no no no no no dont …
    no no no no no dont do that that is far too dangerous to do that.quite simply use one dumbell of the weight you are lifting and after chest or pectorial exercises add in one more set for a single arm to isolate the muscle.the last thing you want to do is solely one arm so do your normal workout and finish with one or two one armed sets for the smaller pectorialis.hope that helps!!

    Try both - The dumbell press is no doubt a better excercise personally - But who says you need to do one or the other - Mix it up, 6 weeks bar, break for 2 weeks, then dumbell press for the following 6 weeks or so.

    Since your quite young; your body isn’t fully developed. So i wouldn’t recommend you go into heavy weights and start bulking. Stick with light/medium. Start when your 18.

    It depends on your goals; if you want to get lean, you eat against your body muscle mass (not total body weight). If you have the finance/resources to eat from protien powders alone (plus meals on top) just consume 1g to every 1lb of bodyweight. If you just wana tone down (lower body fat) or just general fitness you should just take it after workout for recovery.

    Yo, im almost 15 but i’ve been into this stuff for almost a half year since i got out of my injury. Anyways, when your done with your exercise, drink a protein shake, it will help recover the muscle better and stronger.

    Eat a lot and take a protien shake within 1 hour (no longer) after you lift weights. The protien helps rebuild the microscopic cuts in your muscles from lifting. Also take a shake whenever you should eat but have no time…. Eating a ton is the key to getting big…
    more food + training hard = great results.

    Well texas 1st of all im not really a judge but drinking at 16 isnt that great since your body is undergoing a lot of changes on hormonal and other levels. But if u still decide to drink the protein should serve only as a supplement to your other protein intake needed. So protein is just for extra weight to repair. And if you are to drink it your best bet would be morning on empty stomach and after a workout so the repairing process can start. And u would drink it everyday. Gl

    I’m no expert but maybe doing dumbell presses with just the smaller pec? Lay off the other pec, or use alot less weight until you see them even out. Thats my opinion, but again, I’m not an expert but I think thats the only way to do it :)
