    I want to build muscle. Is it bad to mix free weight workout and cardio during a weekly workout regime?
    I like to do cardio workout for every 2-3 days i do free weight. Should i build muscle first then do cardio'? I want to be cut and lean at the same time.

    You are doing great.

    The best way to get "cut" is to not have fat. Cardio is better for burning the calories that sheds fat. Lift before you run and you will jack up your metabolism so you burn even more calories while you are running.

    The professional bodybuilders you see on TV, yeah, they run for miles every day.

    Not only is it not bad, it's the best way TO build muscle!

    A good fifteen minute light cardio after resistance training helps to re-oxygenate the muscles, which helps remove lactic acid buildup and speeds tissue growth.
