its great that you know so much, one day i hope to be like you, sort of. But you have your techniques and they have theirs, you’re criticizing professional doctors and kinesiologists like yourself. Obviously the techniques they’re using work also.
1) position of the … 1) position of the palms has little impact on the dumbbell bench press.
2) You cannot target different parts of the chest. This includes the fabled “upper chest”.
3) “Sit anywhere between 30 and 45 degrees” <– after the bench is above 25 degrees, stress is taken off the chest and put on the shoulder. 45 degrees is considered much too high.
4) Dont bother with a pec dec machine. Fixed ROM machines should be excluded whenever possible.
5) never hold your breath.
