Tuesday and Friday: Chest and Shoulders
Wednesday and Saturday: Back and Legs
Abs can be done everyday.
You should give … You should give each muscle at no less than 4 days to recover. 3 days for some people maybe. so your routine could looke like: Mon-Bi’s Tri’s, Tues-Legs, Wed-Delts, Thurs-Back, Fri-Chest. Or you could pair back and pecs, or Tri’s and pecs.

How often should all of these routines be done per week?
Like: Monday, Arms, Tuesday Legs, Wednesday Arms, etc…
Does anybody have a good schedule on how often all the routines should be done? (legs,back,arms,abs etc)
