    You should give …
    You should give each muscle at no less than 4 days to recover. 3 days for some people maybe. so your routine could looke like: Mon-Bi’s Tri’s, Tues-Legs, Wed-Delts, Thurs-Back, Fri-Chest. Or you could pair back and pecs, or Tri’s and pecs.
