Fat is only burned by the catecholamines, which activate fat cell receptors and stimulate hormone sensitive lipases that actually breakdown fat which can later be released into the bloodstream in an anti-insulin, anti-lactic environment. It’s a bit more complicated, by growth hormone on its own isn’t the most powerful fat burning hormone.

Again, refreshing. “You should never get bored with your workout.” That’s very true, and an important reason behind that is if you’re bored, what’s going to excite you enough to exert lots of energy? Getting bored is the same thing as quitting, as it encourages you to find a more fulfilling activity. If you’re not mentally there, you might as well go home.
A good tip is to be creative with your workouts. It’s hard for people to look outside the scope of a bench press/squat rack, but you should.
