Wider than shoulder … Wider than shoulder width for more shoulder development. I’m no Kinesiologist but I think The closer the grip the better the “trap development”…wider brings in help from the larger “back muscles”beneath the traps……granted traps are technically part of the upperback…also closer grip hits those bicep big time on the lower half phase
When I do this … When I do this exercise, my elbows are above the bar when it gets to my chin but they aren’t as high above the bar as in this video. Does it matter if they are just above the bar, or should they be well above the bar?
