If I want to lose lower belly and hips what should be doing, besides deiting?
I am deiting but I need to really work on hips, inner thighs and lower belly. I am a member at a gym and I need to know what machines to use.

there are alot of lower ab exercises you can do yourself at home…leg raises, flutterring, a bunch of stuff, but you really should try pilates as the machines you'll be using are really only an accessory, and you can do them alot better without the machines…squats and lunges will help with your butt and in turn will tone your hips…even swimming is good to help with your thighs…spinning is a great way to tone your legs too but it's very hard work so you have to be committed to whatever you choose…good luck!
