Push ups = Nice Arms and Pecks…(really ones not girly ones) 4 sets of 25 each day and then increase to as many as possible and you'll have a nice chest.
Any free weight lifting will also help!

Ok so there are tonnes of effective chest building excercises you can do. The most effective ones are in the gym with dumbell weights (one in each hand)
My favorite is the incline dumbell bench press:
Set a lifting bench at a 45 - 55 degree angle and grab two heavy dumbells (heavy is a relative term, whatever feels like its the max you could safely press)
Lay on the bench and, with a dumbell in each hand bend your elbows letting the dumbells touch each shoulder.
Then slooooowly lift the dumbells til you can tap them together in the air above your face.
Lower them back slowly to the start position. Thats one repetition.
I suggest doing this for ten repetitions 3 times over (3 sets).
This is just one that I use a lot and find really effective. Remember to include good quality protein in your diet like a decent whey powder ( I use maximuscle stuff) you might also consider creatine if you are in a real hurry to buff up, but there are mixed feelings about its side effects (bad skin etc.)
Good luck, and work REALLY hard!

Hi,
I can recommend the best and cheapest form of exercise to build your chest muscles will be doing push-ups. They are the best exercise for the back and chest and it is free.
Do different variations of push-ups like normal push-ups, scorpion push-ups, wide chest and triangle push-ups. Each time you go up or down, you must feel the stress and squeeze your chest muscles for each repetition so that you can really feel the burn in the chest.
If you can maintain 300 push-ups every one to two days, your chest muscles, including the back, the triceps will show great results. This is training army style.

Andrew

First and Foremost. GET OFF THE BENCH PRESS!
Never work out chest if its still soar
Work out back muscles during days when chest is soar (Muscle Balance leads to Muscle Growth)
Cable Fly's (high and low) work wonders, but the real trick is order. Just like with abs, for best results 1st lower, then upper, then obliques.
Your rule needs to be Low, High, Outside. Also Try SuperSets , Ladders, and Complexs. They build Size Fast!
SuperSets- Start @ a heavy weight, do as many reps as possible, then go down to the next lower weight, and again untill point of failure, keep going untill your up to the lightest weight on a machine
50/POF-40/POF-30/POF-20/POF-10/POF-5/POF
Ladders- Like super set, only specify a certain # of reps. 10 reps on all the weight for example
50/10-40/10-30/10-20/10-10/10-5/10
Complexs- After your done with workout #1, sprint to the next machine (no rest)
1-sprint-2-sprint-3
Try these workout combos
1. Decline Press
2. Incline Press
3. Dumbell Press
4. Cable Flys High
1. Cable Flys Low
2. Butterfly
3. Cable Flys High

Arnie used to swear by dumbbell flyes, as they isolate the chest. For lots more training and nutrition for your chest, check out this site:
