    What can I do to build muscle/tone my arms?
    I don't have the extra money right now to buy a set of weights (like an extensive set) so what can I use at home to work on building up muscle and tone in my arms. I am female, 5'5" 123 pounds if that helps any. Thanks for your suggestions!

    do pushups. you can do them on your knees if you can't do a regular pushup. you can even just do the lowering part of the pushup if you do it really slow. take about 10seconds to lower your body and immediately do more.
    and you can hold on to a doorway or doorknobs or whatever that will allow you to pull yourself forward. just lean back and pull youself forward and backwards really slow.
    just try and see if it works. if not. try someone elses suggestions.
