		<description>do pushups. you can do them on your knees if you can&#39;t do a regular pushup. you can even just do the lowering part of the pushup if you do it really slow. take about 10seconds to lower your body and immediately do more. 
and you can hold on to a doorway or doorknobs or whatever that will allow you to pull yourself forward. just lean back and pull youself forward and backwards really slow.
