What are some good muscle building exercises for the stomach?
I can't do crunches or sit-ups because they both hurt my back. I would like people to tell me good exercises for getting some muscle in the stomach, arms, and/or legs (thighs mostly) areas. Thank you!!!

A good way to get those muscles in your stomach, arms, and or legs is to lay on your back and lift both of your legs up at the same time. You only want to lift your legs until u feel it in your stomach area.
