Lose muscle?
This might sound crazy but I want to know the best way of losing muscle mass. I have plenty and I need to burn some off. Don't give me advice on why I shouldn't lose muscle or whatever because I will just give your answer a thumbs down and ignore it. Thank you.

simple, just don't use your muscles. stop any strength training and be lazy.

From what I understand you lose muscle by doing lots of low intensity exercise. I'm sure you can google it. Cardio will lose muscle mass. Loosing weight without eating a lot or doing strength training naturally looses muscle mass.
