Does Kre-Alkalyn creatine have any effects when there’s alcohol is in your system?
My boyfriend takes the creatine daily and one day a few hours after taking the creatine he drank hard liquor and that night and the next day he was in pain. He is not sure if it is b/c both the liquor and the creatine was in his body or if it was something else…I tried to look up side-effects but b/c it has not been clinically tested there are no reported side-effects.

It quite probably is a combination of the two. Advice when taking creatine from the source below is
Drink plenty of fluid while taking creatine. Although it has not been proven, dehydration, heat-related illnesses, muscle cramps, reduced blood volume, and electrolyte imbalances are expected to be more likely to occur while taking creatine.
One of the known side-effects of alcohol cinsumption is dehydration - so your boyfriend may have been doubly dehydrated.
