squats, leg presses and weighted lunges
6 reps of 9 reps…heavy and intense
2 min rest between sets

dude, there is no quick way period and if you are not using weights it is just impossible.

do squats
1 legged squats if you can
lunges
calf raises
theres lots of options

well i run track and dont do weights often running helps alot! do sprints not a lot but enough!
like 2 miles of sprinting 100meters is good..even 1 mile..take rest in between! also u can do lunges around a track or just n e where the ones w.out weights

Squats
Dead-Lifts
Lunges
Do not need gym quality weights–can use milk jug filled with sand or water or other similar heavy pieces of equipment laying around–just be careful of splinters and other hazards of using misc equipment that is not properly balanced or made to be weight bearing.
