		<description>well i run track and dont do weights often running helps alot! do sprints not a lot but enough!
 like 2 miles of sprinting 100meters is good..even 1 mile..take rest in between! also u can do lunges around a track or just n e where the ones w.out weights&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
