Training Four Days in a Row?

I know, it’s heresy! You can’t lift weights on four consecutive days unless you’re a juiced up professional bodybuilder - or just some teenager who doesn’t know a thing about weight-training. I beg to differ.
You can also do it (not necessarily by choice) if you’re Eric Cressey and are flying to Houston Thursday [...]

Training Four days a week, is it good enough for competitive boxing?
I joined a gym far away from my home, because my college classes are in the same area I go to the gym in between classes. Usually for about 1-2 hours of rigorous training. Four consecutive days a week is what I’m doing at the gym. If I want to fight is that enough gym time? Should I run on my days off?

Yes that’s good and yes you should run on off days.

the only way to win in a boxing match is to train harder than the other guy. boxing is a sport that consumes your life, you must sacrifice a hell of a lot to become good. you want to be training seven days a week for at least two hours. no drinking, no sex, no going out and clubbing, no late nights - just boxing! if you dont train hard enough you will get hurt and embarassed in front of a crowd!

5 days would be better and you should have at least one day a week of absolute rest for your body and at least one day a week to do your other exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, air-squats, burpees(squat-thrusts), etc

as for running is would be best to run as much as you can but not every day. 3 times a week is good; 2 for long distance and 1 for sprints
