		<description>DEFINITELY go with free weights. Those gym systems are ridiculous... free weights not only 1. build up your stabilizer muscles way more than machines, but also are:

2. not as expensive
3. not as limiting... you can do a HUGE variety of exercises
4. they work out both sides equally (even if, for eg. one arm is slightly weaker). With machines, the stronger arm can take over the work and you get unequal development.

Get free weights. Workout. Eat like a machine, especially if you're a hard gainer like me. And you WILL put on muscle.

		<description>forget the equipment! i did lunges in my back yard...rode my bike for 3 miles a day, did situps pushups, and also a few other stretches...(wanted to do the splits) works as good as spending hundreds of dollars...good luck!
