The best way would be by lifting weights. You can maybe try exercise machines made for those specific parts of your body.

Here's what I did, you can change any of the routine to your preference:
Each day:
-50 pushups
-100 crunches (I varied different types)
-20 pullups (or three sets of ten if you can't do them in a row)
-Training on a heavy punching bag
-100 Jumping jacks
-Run 3 miles every other day, with a short jog on the intermittent days.
Eat plenty of protein and drink lots of water, and you will get ripped.

Listen to Kaputt 18 ….However if you want to get a 6 pack you will have to find a friend who is 21 years old to buy it for you.
Good Luck and may the force be with you!
