		<description>dude ur too young to exercise!! wait till ur 16 atleast...Excersiing at such an early age can cause height issues....it doesnt allow bone growth to be optimal

Each day:  
-50 pushups
-100 crunches (I varied different types)
-20 pullups (or three sets of ten if you can&#39;t do them in a row)
-Training on a heavy punching bag
-100 Jumping jacks
-Run 3 miles every other day, with a short jog on the intermittent days.  

Eat plenty of protein and drink lots of water, and you will get ripped.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
