After deciding to revamp our diet plan and workout plan my nephew and I decided to take some time off and ignore our high calorie diet that allowed us those impressive weight gains from week 1 and allowed us to gain weight fast.

Unfortunately as a result, we practically lost all our gains and had to start back at our starting weights.

But with our revamped diet plan and our new and improved full body workout plan we’ll blow our previous gains out the water. (Even though our first workout kicked our butts)

In this video you’ll learn:

How to increase the intensity of your workouts

Things you should do before, during and after your workouts for maximum muscle gains

The key ingredient to building muscle fast for skinny guys and hardgainers.

Each time the alarm goes off I evaluate my day, Think about how much Ive eaten and such.
If I haven’t been up to par, I go grab a box of macaroni and force it all down.

Seems to be working so far.

Wow Rich by saying what you did, you really motivated me.
Immediately after reading your message I began working out.

Your right, I may as well just go straight for muscle, its obvious I can gain weight now as hard as it is..

My main problem is I don’t have access to a gym, but I plan to atleast get some weights.

Thanks again for the motivation to the both of you!

By the way guys, one suggestion for staying motivated, I created an alarm on my phone to go off 3 times daily. 1/2

    When you workout, …
When you workout, it’s that wear and tear on your muscles that tells your body to build new muscle with those extra calories.

Otherwise your body won’t feel the need to add that much muscle if any muscle and will store it as fat.

So be sure to weight train while you’re consuming so many calories each day, trust me muscle gains are way better than fat gains.

    Later,

    Rich

P.S. - Thanks for the great comments bro.

    Hey derap,

Cool gains bro. It’s a good thing that your body is already athletic and toned, it really helps when you’re bulking up to be in shape.

I know EXACTLY how you feel about “Not caring about the fat gains”. When I was underweight I just wanted to see “any gains”

but I would much rather see you gain 20 - 40lbs of muscle (or at least mostly muscle) than 20 - 40 lbs of fat.

Which will happen if you consume so many calories a day without working out.

    cont’d…..

I saw your video, your physique looks alot like mine, I am 23 though lol, and 6ft
For 14 you look like your doing just fine so don’t worry too much.

god… does anybody else feel gay talking about this stuff? lol

    I am planning to …
I am planning to start my workout plan when I gain an extra 20-40 lbs, probably 20ish. The reason being is I am very slender and athletic, you can see my abs and for my weight I am toned but still underweight. I need some fat to turn into muscle as I have 0 fat right now lol

I was 140, over the last 3-4 day’s ive gained 6lbs, so I am up to 146 now. So another 12-15 day’s and I should be up to around 165-170.
    *crossing my fingers*

The hardest part Ive found is staying motivated. But I Must!

rofl thanks for the update guys

i did the same thing as you guys, gave up for months though. I am just recently getting back into it. my biggest concern for me is just gaining weight, I dont care if ive got a belly etc.. aslong as I gain weight.

The muscle can come later ;]

Right now im just trying to eat more, and inbetween meals have as many mammoth 2500 shakes as i can.
So far I see a small physical difference in the belly area, havent weighed in in about a week tho, im excited to check.
