    This question goes out to any person mainly male who has a ripped body, primarly the midsection(abs).     Diet doesn't produce nice bodies.
    However, just eat right (where 'right' means healthy), and make changes in your workouts.
    Do no buy protein shakes, and stuff yourself thining the excess food 'goes' to you muscles.
    Muscle bulk is built with heavy weights. Ripped muscles are built with light weights.
    As for abs. Those are easy to get. People just don't like abs, and don't do abd they way they do any other form f workout so they never get the abs they want. If you want ripped abs you need to do more than the few sets of 20. Bridges/Pillar, normal crunches, and decline crunches should do the trick, but it you have to do it daily.

    i guess i am the man for you then…..heres what i do…eat little portions through out the day but if you need to eat Ur junk in the morning like mcd's or bk breakfast so you can burn it off though out the day at night make sure you drink plenty of water try not to eat after lets say like 830 its kinda hard at first but every morning you wake up your ur like damn looking good my friend keep it up …you will have fail days but just keep it up and you ll get there ….now on to the exercise part i work out with light weight and i always wear a sweater to make sure i am not holding any body weight lots of reps and slow steady lifts you dont need to over do it then i hit the treadmill for at least 30 Min's just sweating away on that bad boy but you need to lose the water weight so the muscles show…this is the natural way now you can use fat burners but you feel like absolute shit after wards and its soo not good for you the natural way you ll have more energy than you know what to do with…good luck pimpin …whats up with the girlie above me tell her to holla at me
