		<description>Start by walking.  This will burn fat and build up your leg muscles.  Make it count, don't just saunter along.  Get your heart pumping.  If you can't walk outside, find somewhere with some steps. 

You can buy some inexpensive dumbbells to work your arms.  I personally find it difficult to have all the weight training equipment at home, so as soon as possible, I would try to join that gym again.  Maybe speak directly with the manager and tell them your desire.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
