What are some easy ways to loose weight?
I have PE for about 1 hour for 4 days a week, BTW. I just wanted to see if anyone else knew any simple things to help loose weight. Like things i could do in my everyday life without changing anything too much. Any suggestions?
I hate soda, BTW.

Stop the fizzy drinks.
exercise for about 15 mins. or more everyday.
Eat healthy food
Drink alot of lemon juice or make it yourself and drink it instead of fizzy drinks much better.
whenever you have nothing to do go for a walk

you can try cutting out some sweets. eat more veggies (they are filling, but are better for you!) eating better foods can help. the less processed foods and candy and such that you eat- the better!
and having PE 4 times a week should be a good start! i'm not sure what all you'll be doing in the class, but anything getting you up and moving is good for you.
you can also take a walk after dinner. i've read that it aids in digestion, and helps relax you.
