lose weight?
i am 17 years old. and weigh 143 pounds. it is my wish to weigh only 137 pounds. for the past three days i have been running three miles everyday. however the food i eat is very very very oily. it has lots of fat. i eat at least 4500 calories per day. i have been thinking of going on a fruit diet to lose weight. if anyone has any ideas please tell me. i need to lose six pounds in two weeks.

stop eating fatting foods. try a salad, 4,500 calories a day is way too much even for a groing teen try sticking to 2, 000 calories a day and lots of water.

Limit yourself on the fatty foods, i mean 4,500 calories! if you don't wacth out all that fat foods can clog your arteries which can be very dangerous. So modarate what you eat and try to have some fruits and some veggies or salads at least once a day, and if your having salads cut down on the ranch its too much sugar and salad can still taste good without dressing.
