Quick, healthy snacks I can take to work?
I often work 8 to 10 hour days typically beginning between 10:45am to 11:30am. I usually get a break between 2 and 3, but obviously it's not healthy to try and cram my lunch and dinner into 1 meal.
Since I don't get home until 7 at the earliest, I need smaller snacks I can bring to work and eat quickly on the fly that are healthy, but will also satisfy.
Can you please give me some ideas for quick snacks I can eat at work? Fruits and vegetables are a given, so please try suggesting other things I might not know about, like certain healthy snack bars. Please try to suggest things that are free of high fructose corn syrup.
It would be best if they were not only small, fast and healthy, but also able to keep. I have a lunch back I can put a cooler pack in for some things.

Unsalted nuts, such as almonds or walnuts, provide protein with little unhealthy fat.
Rice cakes are good little snacks, too.

You can make lunch meat and cheese roll ups. I love turkey and provelone together. They're great for a snack and easy to make. Even for dinner!

I know it's been said, but nuts are certainly your best option. Since you're working such a hectic schedule, you need energy and lasting satisfaction. The three substances that take the longest time to digest and leave your stomach (leaving you feeling hungry again) are protein, fat, and fiber. Nuts cover all three of those areas! The fat in soybeans and almonds is incredibly healthy and if you're not already consuming them on a daily basis I suggest you start now, because everybody needs those unsaturated fats in their diet (in moderation, of course). However, admittedly nuts can become a little boring, especially since you don't really want to go with salted ones that leave you feeling bloated. Thus I suggest a mix which includes some dried fruit as well. That will give you a flavor punch along with quick energy. Look for a mix that contains both nuts and fruit in your local grocery store. Health food stores (and even some nicer grocery stores as well these days!) have whole bins of nuts and dried fruit that you can scoop what you want out of and purchase by the pound. Look for that next time you're out! Nuts and fruit straight up tend to be a healthier choice than protein bars because the bars inevitably contain additives.
I hope that helps.

Kraft has South Beach Diet cookies and snack bars that are good. Also, Quaker Mini Delights are good for a treat and have about 100 calories.
