    I really want to focus one getting my arms in shape, they are the only thing I dont like. One Problem.?
    I just had back surgery less than 2 months ago, so I cant lift too much and I cant put stress on my back. I was just curious if anyone had any exercises to recommend that focus on the flab on my arms. I cant do push ups or anything like that. Just want suggestions.

    Try exercises that isolate your biceps and don't put too much pressure on your back. For example put the back of your hand on a chair or something else (gyms have things for these) so that when you lift a dumbbell, you're only using your biceps.
