It's just another way to strength train. I started doing kettlebell training in Jan with a trainer. I only do it one day a week and it is an addition to my workout. You can work alot of muscles as well as getting a good cardio workout from the swinging. I usually am sore in my legs, arms and back. It's a great workout and I highly recommend it.
