		<description>It&#39;s just another way to strength train.  I started doing kettlebell training in Jan with a trainer.  I only do it one day a week and it is an addition to my workout.  You can work alot of muscles as well as getting a good cardio workout from the swinging.  I usually am sore in my legs, arms and back.  It&#39;s a great workout and I highly recommend it.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
