What’s a good workout routine for women?
I want a good workout routine that will help me stay healthy and not strain my muscles. For example: how many times a week should i work my abs? my legs? my arms? How many reps should I do for each? etc.
Also, if you have any good workout routines that would be great.

try to be active every day. try to make a point of getting 90 minutes of exercise. Run, ride bikes, hike, rollerblade, take spin classes. Try yoga (yoga is an awesome workout for the whole body). try to go to the gym 3 times a week. work the major muscles once a week and abs 3 times a week or more.
