Try yoga (yoga is an awesome workout for the whole body). try to go to the gym 3 times a week. work the major muscles once a week and abs 3 times a week or more.
References :
What's a good workout routine for women?
I want a good workout routine that will help me stay healthy and not strain my muscles. For example: how many times a week should i work my abs? my legs? my arms? How many reps should I do for each? etc.
Also, if you have any good workout routines that would be great.
