you are right where you should be. but if you want to lose weight you should watch your calorie intake and calories burned. i recommend running and light weight training. but never do them on the same day. figure out what works best for you and what is most comfortable when doing exercises. make sure to eat right and get plenty of sleep. i do exercises about 5 days a week. make sure not to overwork yourself because that is not good for the body either.

I wouldn't do it. Because I was 5 ft and 115. And I looked fine.

But now I'm 5ft and like 135. So I feel like I should be doing stuff too.

anyways, not my place to judge.

    Stomache [pouch]:
    Sit and ups and crunches.
    And listen to this carefully,
Its NOT qaunitity, it is QUALITY!
    That is very important,
because I used to think getting 50 crunches in was awesome, But then I noticed I was NOT getting anywhere. So about 25 of quality, back breaking, sweet pouring crunches will work.
A Lot of quality sit ups alos.
Put your feet under something stable but comfortable and soft so that you have support.
Lay your hands over your chest as if you were in a coffin and slowly lift up. Hold it in that place, not all the way up, for about 5 seconds, then go back down. and repeat.

    Arms [+ whatnot]:
Lifting weights is good for your amrms, [duh]
    but here's the trick.
DO NOT get very heavy weights.
We all know you can lift a 3 pound weight with one arm about a hundred times over. But thats a good way to get your muscles up.
While your watching Tv set a number and just lift away.
    then switch arms.
By no time you'll notice your arms muscles have gotten bigger and it was amost nothing.

    Legs [thighs, buttocks]:
Running on the tredmill 3 times a week.
    i do it ever night.
And you have to do it for 30 mins everysingle time.
Don't go over, don't go under.
    Especially not under.
    Also do lunges.
Do yuo knwo what those are?
its where you put both hands on your waist and take a big step forward.
Thing is you cannot let your other knee hit the ground.
And then hold for 5 seconds. Then take another step.
they hurt and your legs will be sore for a while but do about 15 of those everyday until yuo can do more, with no pain.

    hope I helped.

Hello. If you would like to lose a couple pounds, follow these 2 easy* things. ( Ok so its not an easy thing but it is worth it in the end) Ok so the first thing is eating healthy/getting more sleep. No junk food!!! For breakfast, if your in the mood for eggs, have egg whites ( eggs without the yolk), or if your in the mood for pancakes, have whole wheat ones. It is all about moderation. It is very good to look at the nutrition facts on the back of the food box you are eating out of. It helps determine if it is healthy or not. Make sure you eat a lotof protein ( like poultry or vincent). This does not mean go grab a lunchable. The best exercise is cardiovasculaur ( running)
Before you actually go running, you will need to stretch. Do lunges first ( put one leg in front of the other like you are walking and bend your leg low) this will burn! Keep persevering though because that is only the start. Do only about 20 lunges before stretching your arms out and back. Just move your arms around like you are just waking up and then you are ready to start running. Start jogging at a medium pace. Alternate speeds, but never go down to the slow speed unless you just HAVE to. Make sure you move your arms back and forth on either side when your running. Pushups and sit-ups help arms and stomach. Runnning will help all of the body parts you mentioned. My personal favorite is bike riding. It is alot easier to do, if you haven't been working out a lot in life. Good luck and happy new year to you.

    Sincerely, Kayla O.
