I have about 22 weeks before my long summer holiday and i want to have the best beach body possible .Any tips?
I am in fairly good shape and have weight trained and did some cardio for a few years.I am 5 foot nine and 154 pounds and have a body fat percentage of 20%.
The problem is i really would like to be fit looking but i dont get many compliments about my bodyWoman say that they dont like big muscles but only give compliments to those who have.I am thinking of training for some more muscle size.
I have a little bit of fat around my abs and they definetely cannot be seen.
So i just want to improve my body to look better in the summer.Maybe lose some body fat,look a little more mascular/fitter, but stay around the same weight,fix my posture a bit and work on my weak points-shoulders and chest a bit extra.
at the moment i am weight training twice a week and walking twice a week for about 20 minutes at a time and stretching twice a week.
How may times should i lift my training to?Also should i start at reps pf 6 for 4 months and then really pick up the cardio and high reps or is better to do the weight training and cardio from now?
I am looking on how to peak by June with regards to program-weights and cardio and also my reps throughout the months

Really dude. It ell be easy especially because your not fat. But you really gotta want it. A simple exercise every day. N a real work out every 3 days. (Give it 3 days for the muscles to heal.) Simple work outs like 100 push ups n a 100 sit ups. Pull ups/ Curls. And go all out lift weights/ run/ eat right. All of this will have you ripped/ cut b the summer and help you live a longer life.
