    What causes sciatica? Is it a “pinched nerve” or an inflammation, or something else?
    I have sciatica bilaterally (thankfully I haven't had both sides in pain at once *knocks on wood*). So I'm wondering what causes it.

    Sciatica is caused from an inflammed nerve that is being pressed on by the pelvis or sacrum. The best way to get over this is to see a chiropractor who does "hands on" adjusting.
