What can help relieve Sacroiliac Joint pain?
I don't see my Ob/Gyn until the third of July. If the pain continues or gets worse I will call and speak with their nursing staff. I am wondering what I can do in the meantime to help. It is to the point that I get sharp pain everytime I walk. Are there home remedies or exercises for S.I. Joint pain?

I am 11 weeks pregnant, so no anti-inflammatories can be used.
    Thank you!

If you're only 11 weeks pregnant, then the sacroiliac pain will become worse over time if not immediately taken care of. The only way to really correct the problem is to see a chiropractor who specializes in prenatal care. You can find one near you on this website: http://www.americanpregnancy.org/members/chiropractors

    go to a chiropractor!
i had that (among other things) and ignored them… come to find out had i gotten re-aligned *during pregnancy* then i would have had an easier labor (i had horrid pains for 3 days & barely had a vaginal delivery) and my baby wouldn't have the neck & head problems she does (torticollis & plagiocephaly). she was misaligned because my back, hips & pelvis were WAY out of wack… after just my first adjustment i feel so much better!
