Try adding 2 more small meals or snacks a day to your eating regiment, and try to cut back the cardio to 3 days a week, but kick up the intensity or try different exercises for a few weeks. Also add more water to your daily intake and use some slightly heavier weights for the next several weeks also. This won't happen overnight, but within about 10-14 days you should notice a slight change for the better. Then you have to change your workouts again to continue to keep fooling your system into burning more calories, and burning up more fat.
