dieting/exercise?
I'm a chubby guy, not obese. I am trying to lose weight but i really want to lose neck fat and face fat. I have read answers to questions concerning face fat and many have said that the most effective is going under the knife. I'm not going to do that, and btw, the ppl asking these questions were skinny. SO, i was wondering, if i exercised (cardio etc) and ate better will the weight loss be symmetrical in all areas of my body, especially face and neck? Or will most of the fat come off the torso and not as much from face and neck? thanks guys and serious answers only, plz.

Well, if you're just doing cardio… You should gain minimal muscle in your legs, but you should lose some fat equally around your entire body. I suggest eating healthier and exercising. If you want to get off even more and keep it off, I advise joining a sport to keep fit look better. Good luck.

Exercise and especially cardio exercise, helps you to crank up metabolism so you've a higher capacity to burn off body fat, from your entire body evenly (so if there's excess fat in your neck and face, that too).
Just to let you know that chubby face and/or thick neck can be hereditary but exercise does help a lot in burning off fat, so you've sharper contour on your face.
A round of face and neck exercise helps too, to tone and shape the muscles there.

Though the featured face exercises are more for strenghening and firming up skin muscle, they inevitably also sharpen your face contour.

just eat well and excercise and it will gradualy and proportionally change .
you may always have a bigger face than you would like but when matched to a leaner body you won't mind one bit I promise
