In the "To be or not to be" speech, Hamlet is contemplating whether or not to kill himself because he's in such anguish over his father's murder. "To sleep" means to die, and "perchance to dream" mean the possibility of an afterlife. So Hamlet is thinking that death and a dreamy afterlife would finally give him some peace from all of his troubles in the living world. However, he then says "what dreams may come?" indicating that he is unsure of whether or not the afterlife would actually be peaceful. And thus he doesn't know if he wants to take the risk of killing himself.
References :
It's an implied metaphor. Sleep is being compared to death, and the afterlife is being compared to dreaming.
References :
He has been disconsolate since learning of the murder, from the ghost of his dead father. In this scene, he ponders suicide, "To die, to sleep-/No more." But he is tortured with the fear that there might not be peace even in death. "For in that sleep of death what dreams may come, /When we have shuffled off this mortal coil, /Must give us pause." Hamlet's moral and mental anguish is at its height in this soliloquy, which is the emotional centerpiece of the play
References :
No one knows what he meant about anything, really.

But I think that he means "to sleep, perchance to dream"!
that means that he might dream while he sleeps.

its not hard to understand.

how old are you?
References :
im 13, and i understand that.
