Are there any ways to improve your sleep?
I don’t sleep very well at night. It takes me a while to get to sleep, sometimes I wake up multiple times during the night, and I wake up very earlier, even when I try to sleep in. While I’m definitely not the world’s best sleeper, I don’t think I have a sleeping problem, such as insomnia or sleep apneia (however you spell it). So I was wondering if anyone had any good tips on improving your sleep.
Thanks!

well.. It appears that something is troubling your mind. when did you start getting this problem. Is it related to any incident? Try to recall any such stressful event which might have triggered it. Once you know it or if you know it; the best way to recover your sleep is to get over that event.
Other method are yoga / meditation / reading a good book / sleep at a regular time / drink hot milk before sleep.
But I would again suggest to find the real cause and work on that.

Why don’t you go jogging before you go to bed? That way you’ll be exhausted and sleep much better.

In Chinese medicine, sleep disruption signifies an imbalance in at least one organ system. Insomnia and sleep disorders can be cured with acupuncture, herbs, and meditation. Typically Liver Qi Stagnation creates heat that attacks the Heart, as the Heart houses the mind during sleep in Chinese medical theory. Sleeping disorders are broken down in to several categories depending on whether you have trouble going to sleep or trouble staying asleep: http://www.agelessherbs.com/NaturalSleepCures.html
