Can a back muscle imbalance cause scoliosis?
I have had winged scapula, so diminished rhomboids, traps, lats, serrotois anterior for many years now can those cause structoral scoliosis?

Not likely.
Scoliosis is a curvature of the spine and though it is possible for males to have this,it is generally found in females.
This is generally diagnosed in prepubisiant females.

Structural scoliosis happens because your bones are growing that way, not because your muscles are imbalanced. Muscle imbalance may affect "functional" scoliosis, but that isn’t what you’re asking about.
Disclaimer: I am not experienced in functional scoliosis.

I had my scoliosis detected in 7th grade and wore a Milwaukee brace from 8th grade until my freshman year in college. I was borderline on whether to have surgery or not so it was decided not to do it. Over the years, my curve increased so I had my spine fused at age 39.
