do like evander holy field and work on your neck muscles. it will help take punches better. Also, lots of guys get depressed cuz they know they cant take a punch without their head swimming and give up, but what I did (my chin isnt glass, but nowhere near iron) was start spinning around until i got naseous and then told my bro (also the guy who punches at me to help me train slipping punches(hes got crazy heavy hands)) to try and hit me, and I did this rather often. It helped me learn to fight even if I get rocked, as being dizzy and getting rocked by a massive punch are similar experiences. Also, i may just be getting better at it, but over tiime, my chin actually 'hardened'
best of luck with your boxing.
References :
Lol man chins are not made. You're either born with an iron one or a glass one. You can still work on things to help strengthen your ability to take a punch. Work on your neck muscles. Work on fighting with your chin lowered. Work on slipping punches so your hit less on the head. All the best.
References :
Amatuer boxer.

Work on strengthening your next muscles.
Keep your chin tucked in so that it is not easy to hit.
Keep your teeth clenched, breath through your nose.
References :
How can I improve my chin?
I have had 12 sparring sessions so far, and I know that I have a glass chin. How do I improve or strengthen my chin?
