is this a good healthy days eating? any suggestions, tips? am i eating enough, too much?
BREAKFAST:
tea - no sugar, skim milk
plain porridge
SNACK: plum
LUNCH: Sushi - 150 cals - no raw fish
DINNER: Plain unbuttered jacket potato, side salad
drinking plenty of water too throughout the day,
i dont want to lose anymore weight, just mantain and be healthy. is this healthy eating plan okay?
why unhealthy? if so, do you have tips to improve it? im worried if im eating enough to mantain?

You seem to be lacking protein & good fats in your diet. Also not enough of veggies. Otherwise, it looks OK.

I think this is unhealthy eating. You should have a better diet than this one. You should just try a normal diet.

I think the times when you eat e.g snack and so on are good but make sure your giving your body a wide variety each day such as more veg and proteins also if you are an energetic person that does a lot of sport then you might add a snack with more fat and carbs to the diet e.g crisps.
