Dumbbell Floor Press
I’ve been playing around with these
- Simple
- No equipment needed (just a db)
- Range of motion is consistent with a congruent exercise approach
By the way, I probably look more like the second guy than the first!

Which one provides a better workout a one arm dumbbell press on a stability ball or a dumbell floor press?
I am lifting 20 lb dumbells I don’t have a bench and I’m not supposed to use more than 40 lbs on my stability ball I did some one arm presses they weren’t bad I could do 3 sets of 8 reps with good form but I’m curious about the floor press.
I’m not a man but no one in the fitness section would answer my question
